For Design Services, we adhere to proven and tested process that is shown below. Our Design Service starts with Project Initiation, followed with Plan and Analysis. After agreement about the Project Plan and Analysis, we will proceed with Design and Implementation. To ensure quality of our deliverables, we will execute with feature and systems test as well as user acceptance test. In order to ensure smooth executing of projects we undertake, L7 Systems produces project artifacts: - Project Specification to define scope of the project and features/functionalities pertinent to the design and items/tasks that are in scope and out of scope
- Project plan and schedule to define timelines
- Test plan to ensure quality deliverables
- Regular project status updates (weekly, biweekly or monthly) depending on customer's requirements
